Spring temperature are slowly starting to warm up.  With the arrival of spring comes the beginning of the blue crabharvest in Virginia.   The season actually opened March 17th but very few watermen are out harvesting crabs this early.

Our crab picking plant is open and now we are picking blue crabs daily.  We are offering our Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Meat and Backfin Lump Crab Meat in 16 oz. offerings.  

We will pick throughout the year while in mid summer we will begin to pasteurize crab meat for our customers that enjoy this product and for when the blue crab harvest end in November.
